Refund and Returns Policy

Warranties

  • We offer 30 days returns/exchanges, and 14 days refunds for any product purchased. All courier fees for exchanges or refunds are for the customers account.
  • Returns specifically excludes personalized products.
  • Where applicable, the product must be in its original packaging with all seals intact as at the point of sale.
  • The goods are unused and undamaged.
  • All returned goods are inspected to ensure that they are undamaged, unused and in the original packaging.
  • Karoo Blom reserves the right to refuse a return if the product shows signs of use, has been damaged or is not in the original packaging.
  • Products purchased through PayFast will only be refunded once all payments have been received from the customer.

Warranty for Leather Products

We offer an extended 3-year warranty on any item in karroblom.co.za online store.

In case of defects to any leather bag, Karoo Blom will repair the bag free of charge for 3 years from the purchase date.

Please note that leather is a natural durable, & flexible material.  Each hide is unique with individual characteristics which may be visible on products.  These features may include small leather scars, creases or variations in color, which are not defects and are not covered under the terms of the extended 3-year warranty.

Defects covered include revets, locks, and other hardware pieces found on products.
